Reuse Pictures On Address Labels As Stickers

We receive lots of solicitations that include sheets of address labels. Since we can't possibly use all that we receive, most would have to be trashed. Many of the labels have a small picture to the left of the address. By carefully cutting between the picture and address, we salvage strips of picture stickers that we give to our young grandchildren. Why pay for books of reward stickers, when we frequently receive them in the mail?

For those who enjoy reading and collecting books, you can stick these lables inside the cover so if you lend the book it will come back to you.

I have been doing this for a while now, too. Esp' when they are scenic shots. I sometimes use them to mark days on the calendar to go out for a photo shoot.

I also put them on cardboard, put tape around them and hot glue a magnet to them.

No reason to waist the other part, either. Stick them on potluck dishes, your books and anything you want to make sure you get back. You can use them on bills or other mail where you don't care that the photo is gone, too.

Good suggestion!

I've often used those little pictures on address labels for taping packages instead of Scotch tape, especially the holiday ones for Christmas wrapping. Just snip along the edges and you have cute tape, cheap and easy.

I donate them to an elementary teacher, along with the other stickers that often come with the addresses.

I like all the suggestions; here are some ideas you may not have thought about. I have so many but I don't want to trash them so I use them as adhesives to wrap gifts. I just say " It's my way to save scotch tape" If a supermarket plastic bag has a small hole I cover it with an address label. This saves throwing the bag away.
