Jalapeno and Lime Kettle Potato Chips

I love Kettle brand baked potato chips as a treat and I also love jalapeno flavored chips, but Kettle brand doesn't have the baked chips flavored with jalapeno. Ingredients:

• 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
• 1 fresh jalapeno, finely diced, size according to love of heat
• 1 tsp. lime juice, or more to taste
• 2 (4 oz.) bags Sea Salt Kettle Baked chips
• cilantro sour cream or regular sour cream for dipping

Directions:

Saute jalapeno in olive oil over medium heat in a small skillet until jalapeno is slightly softened, add lime juice and saute for about 10 to 20 seconds longer.

Place chips in a large bowl, evenly pour jalapeno mixture over the top, toss well to coat and serve.
