Crescent Crust Taco Pie

A new take on an old traditional recipe!

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 1 pkg. taco seasoning
  • 1 pkg. crescent rolls
  • 1 cup crushed corn chips, divided
  • Advertisement

  • 1 8 oz. tub sour cream
  • 6 slices American Cheese or cheddar

Directions:

Brown hamburger in skillet until done; drain well. Add taco seasoning to the cooked hamburger and mix together according to package directions. Spray a 9 inch pie pan with vegetable oil and place crescent rolls in pan; pat together. Brown in a 375 degree F oven for 15 minutes.

Put half of the crushed corn chips on the crescent roll crust. Spread with hamburger mixture and top with with sour cream; add slices of cheese on top. Sprinkle the other half of the corn chips on top. Bake at 375 degrees F for 20 minutes. Cut in wedges.
