Buffalo Blue Cheese Dip

Gold Post Medal for All Time! 846 Posts

This recipe makes about 3 cups of dip. I highly recommend using quality blue cheese dressing, such as Marie's Chunky Blue Cheese, which you can find in the produce section of your market. Of course the main veggie to dip would be celery and bite size pieces of cooked chicken too ;-)

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups blue cheese salad dressing
  • 3/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/3 cup hot sauce (such as Frank's or Durkee), or more to taste
  • 1/3 cup green onions, chopped

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in large bowl, mix thoroughly and chill, covered, until serving.
