Getting Up Slivers of Glass from the Floor

This is an easy way to clean up typical messes on kitchen floors. To get up all slivers of glass from breaking a glass use a soft piece of bread, just gently press on top of the glass slivers. It should get up every little speck.

Thanks for the great tip. I have two dogs and I am always worried that I have gotten up all the slivers and that they might 'find' them with there little paws.

My choice is newspaper dampened with water. It has been used by my family for generations to pick up broken glass.
