My sister and I are starting a residential and commercial cleaning service. We both have sassy personalities and a big sense of humor. So we came up with the name "Two Chicks and a Broomstick". I'm asking for honest feedback, let me know what you think of the name. Also, if you have any suggestions feel free to share.

I wouldn't. People pay serious money to have their homes and offices cleaned, and something a little more businesslike might sound better. A cleaning service in my local area is called "Ragtime." Something like that is cute, short, fits on a business card or invoice, and still sounds reasonably professional. They are not in your state, so you might be able to try that name.
So disagree...sassy is perfect. And you'll get remembered.
I LOVE IT! I'm a sassy one too and that name would make me instantly wonder what you guys were about and be MORE likely to call you (if I had the money) than say Merry Maids!
I love it and you could totally use witches as the logo or mascot! You could show them carrying cleaning supplies etc. like two of them sitting on the said broom toting their little cleaning supplies along with them. They would be friendly witches of course.
I think the name "Two Chicks and a Broomstick" is
just catchy enough to make people remember you,
and personally, I like it. As someone else here
mentioned, you want the Broomstick/Witch association
to be comical such as "Hazel" rather
than "witch with a pointed hat".
If one chick is holding a feather duster, and the
other brandishing a scrub brush, that would add
to the idea of cleaning.
Having a large network of friends who would pass
out your business cards along with vouching for
your honesty and cleaning ability would help most
of all...no matter what you named your business.

I love the name. People will remember it and smile. What more can you ask for. Go for it with gusto, get a good graphic design for your logo, make it big and bold and funny. I wish you tons of success.

But my husband is in sales for a world wide company and he always says to name your business with the actual product you're trying to sell. So, if you saw a sign that said 'two girls and a broomstick' would you know it's a cleaning company? I wouldn't, although it's really cute.

Metroplex, that is a good point that the name doesn't really say "cleaning". Maybe if you called it "Two Clean Chicks and A Broomstick". Or Two Chicks And A Broomstick Cleaning Services. Or maybe if you have a logo that is obviously about cleaning.
Another way to play with the name would be to NOT play up the witch angle and put a couple of fluffy baby chicks by an old fashioned broom on your logo.
