What Eats Duck Eggs?

I found 7 duck eggs on the ground. My friends touched them but I did not. The next day I checked on them and they were gone. I was wondering since "What eats duck eggs?"

Dogs love eggs of all kinds. So do foxes, possums, racoons, and birds of prey like hawks and owls.

Crows are eating my duck eggs. They raid the nest every morning.

Foxes would love a duck egg as would a raccoon. Plus you know what? I sure do too! They're lovely fried in a sandwich!

Richer yolk than a hen's egg, much bigger and more expensive in the shops, well in England anyway :-)

mice, rats, humans, dogs, cats, coons, opossums, snakes. And, if they were touched the mommas in the wild often abandon them. A pet duck knows your scent and won't abandon them.
