This is a recipe I grew up on. My son in-law now loves this and requests it all the time!
Ingredients:
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. instant pistachio pudding
- 1 can crushed pineapple, including juice
- 1/2 cup nuts (optional)
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
- 8 oz. Cool Whip
Directions:
Combine pudding with pineapple. Fold in marshmallows and Cool Whip. Nuts may be added also, if desired.
