My family always cooked the turkey 'breast-down' (the juices went to the breast meat, so it's always moist; never dry).

Pressure cooking is wonderful, once you get used to your cooker. Season your turkey, brown in the cooker, then add a 1/2 cup of water.

Close and cook according to the manufacturers recommendations. Wonderful and moist, and lots of juices for gravy!

Of course you can. Cook it just like you would in the oven. Use butter, seasonings, and cook as the cook book tells. If you don't have a book, just go by what you would do in cooking a chicken breast only cook about 10 minutes longer. If not tender, just put it back on and cook until tender.

Pressure cookers cook quickly therefore the advice to cook 10 minutes longer is incorrect as a shorter time is needed not longer.
