Store fresh broccoli in a paper bag. Do not wash. The broccoli has to be dry before placing in the bag. Roll up the bag and clip or tape closed. Keep refrigerated, and use within one week. Rinse well before cooking. Remember the fresh broccoli must be thoroughly dry before storing.
