Pork Roast in Foil

Place roast in foil and sprinkle with salt and onion flakes. (Garlic salt and ketchup will give a great barbecue flavor.) We like a combination of onion salt and garlic salt. Wrap roast; then put in 300 degree F oven for 4 hours. Pierce foil and raise oven temperature to 350 for 1/2 hour more.
