Removing Road Tar from the Car

Got road tar on your new car? Instead of using abrasive bug and tar removers that can strip off wax, use peanut butter. Just rub a little on the spot with a clean rag and the tar will start coming off. Safe for your paint and earth friendly.

WD-40 works also and doesn't scratch, works great on bugs too or just about anything......it can also be applied to bug shield and other parts to prevent and easy removal of future bugs, tar and such. Also great for squeaky or sticking doors....I have used it to coat the rubber on doors and frames so they don't freeze shut....great stuff lots of uses....check out the WD-40 web site.....

Peanut butter took off ALL the tar from ashfalt shingles that fell onto my Brand New car!! I simply rubbed the creamy peanut butter over the tar and it came right off! FANTASTIC!!
