Easy M&M Cookies

Ingredients:

1 cup Shortening
1 cup Brown Sugar
1/2 cup Sugar
2 Eggs
2 Tsp Vanilla
2 1/4 C Flour
1 Tsp Baking Soda
1 Tsp Salt
1-1/2 cup M&M's

Directions:

Mix first 5 ingredients until well mixed, add remaining ingredients. Mix until well blended, drop by tsp onto cookie sheet bake at 350 degrees f for 10-12 minutes.

One of my favorite cookies!

Ingredients:

1 cup butter
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
3-3 1/2 cup flour

1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 cup M&M candies

Directions:

Cream butter and sugars. Add eggs and vanilla. Beat well. Stir in dry ingredients. Mix thoroughly. Add M&Ms. Bake at 350 F for 10-12 minutes. For large cookies, use ice cream scoop for measure and bake at 300 degrees F for 22 minutes.

Servings: varies, depending on size of cookies

Prep Time: 20-25 minutes

Cooking Time: 10-12 or 22 minutes, depending on size
