The Best S'mores Ever

Instead of using a Hershey's candy bar, try using a Reeses peanut butter cup. YUMMO! My 11 year old daughter thought of this. I think shes the next Food Network chef. *smiles*

I just saw an article suggesting that! When I tried it, my PB cup didn't melt enough, so it was a bit dry. Maybe a hotter marshmallow would work better? The article also suggested using white chocolate, gingersnaps instead of graham crackers (that's my favorite)...use anything you can imagine! Browse the candy aisle...I got tons of ideas.

Why didn't we all think of this sooner? :)

I wish lots of encouragement for your little chef...I love hearing when kids these days use their brains for good! I'm just 27, but kids are SO different now than I was at that age! Sounds like she's on the right track!

I feel silly asking but what is a 'S'more?'
Sorry, UK resident here. I don't want to miss out on something so yummy!

Thanks! :)

Editor's Note: S'mores (Some Mores) are something we make here in the U.S. on camping trips. You take marshmallows and roast them over the fire on a stick that you cleaned off and prepared for toasting your marshmallow. Usually the end is sharpened. Toasted marshmallows are good in their own right and it's a trick to get the marshmallow brown and melted just right.

Then you take two graham cracker halves (one cracker is about 6 x 3 inches with a score down middle so when broken in half, each side is about 3 x 3 inches) and some Hershey's chocolate squares (any kind of bar of chocolate would do), and put the chocolate and the toasted marshmallow inside the two halves of graham cracker like a sandwich.

These are a favorite at campouts here.

Editor's Note: Great idea. We'll see what we can do about this. Let us know any others you think of for which you need explanations or pictures.
