Mashed Potato Casserole

Nice to fix a day ahead and heat when needed. Allow extra time to bake if starting cold.

Ingredients

• 5 lbs. potatoes (cooked and mashed)
• 1 pkg. cream cheese
• 1 cup half and half
• 1/2 cup margarine
• 1 tsp. salt
• 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
• 1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions

Mix all together. Bake 30 minutes or until potatoes are hot at 350 degrees.. Nice to fix a day ahead and heat when needed. Allow extra time to bake if starting cold.
