Rice Krispy Bird Nests

Ingredients:

• 6 cups Rice Krispies

• 4 cups mini marshmallows
• 3 Tbsp. butter
• cookie icing
• candy grass or dyed coconut (green)
• jellybeans or any egg shaped candies

Directions:

First prepare the Rice Krispies as follows:

Using a large pan, heat butter over low heat. Add marshmallows and stir until completely melted. Remove from heat. Add Rice Krispies a cup at a time and stir until well coated.

Making the nests:

Take a golf ball sized piece of rice krispies and form into a round pancake shape. Gently work it into a cupped shape to form the nest. It should look like a tiny bowl. Put a small amount of cookie icing in the center and then fill with candy grass or coconut. Add candies to the nest for the eggs.
