Tuna Dip

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup salad dressing ( Miracle Whip)
  • 3 Tbsp. chili sauce
  • 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. minced onion
  • 1 can tuna (drained)

Directions:

Blend first 6 ingredients. Add the tuna. Blend. Refrigerate. Serve with chips, crackers, or veggies.

Hi, Robin--this is similar to the recipe I use to make stuffed jalapeno peppers. I don't put any salad dressing in, so the mix turns out thicker. Sometimes I also add a few shakes of garlic powder. I then used halved, seeded, pickled jalapeno peppers and stuff them with the tuna mix and chill till firm. The cream cheese and tuna really cut the heat of the jalapenos, and the combined flavors are so good together. Great little finger food appetizers.
