I have a Regal that I bought at a garage sale, but I also have two other ones. Most all of them say to put your liquid in first, then your dry ingredients, flour and yeast being the last two things. You can go to any cooking site and there are plenty of recipes there for using a bread maker. Go to www.allrecipes.com and you will find plenty.
