Garden Skillet Kale

A great way to prepare "the world's healthiest vegetable".

Ingredients:

  • 1 bag of kale, coarsely chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • Advertisement

  • 1 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • Dash oregano
  • Dash basil
  • Salt and pepper

Directions:

Cook the kale in a large skillet over medium-high heat until the leaves start to wilt.

Once the kale cooks down, stir in the garlic, olive oil, spices, lemon juice, and vinegar. Cook for a few more minutes until flavors have blended.

Servings: 3
Time:10 Minutes Preparation Time
10 Minutes Cooking Time
