I want to use cabbage with corned beef, but the cabbage froze on my deck. I forgot to bring it in after shopping. Can I still use it it's still whole?

No! You would not want to eat it.
That is rubbish. Nothing wrong with it at all. The outer leaves will be good for cabbage rolls. Use the inner ones shredded for coleslaw.
