Parmesan Cracker and Pretzel Snacks

Ingredients:

  • 7 1/2 cups (5 oz.) oyster crackers
  • 6 cups (18 oz.) pretzel sticks
  • 2 pkgs. (6.6 oz.) cheddar cheese Goldfish crackers
  • 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • Advertisement

  • 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Combine pretzels and crackers in an ungreased roasting pan, drizzle with olive oil and toss to coat. Sprinkle with Parmesan and garlic salt, toss to coat and bake, uncovered, until lightly browned, about 10 to 15 minutes, tossing once.

Allow to cool and store in an airtight container.
