Making a Grape-Vine Tree?

Does anyone have the directions on how to make a grape-vine tree? They are very popular where I live and you can change the color lights for the seasons. Keeping them on the deck or porch all year round. Thanks.

Do you have grapevines? If so, either make wreaths of different sizes and put on tomato cages, you can weather proof them with waterlox or varnish, spray, ect. You can wind grape vines on tomato cages also, then decorate as you want. If you use lights be sure the lights are for outdoors.

I've not personally made a grape vine tree before, but I agree with the previous poster to wrap grapevine around a tomato cage. However, before you get to that point, you will probably want to soak the grapevine in water. It will make the grapevine more pliable and easier to manipulate into a tree shape. Good Luck!
