File Cabinet and Binders for Organizing Magazines

I collect craft magazines and I have to organize them carefully, because I also sell them and have to be able to find them quickly. I have two ways to organize them for sale after entering them on Amazon.com: I keep all craft magazines in 4-drawer file cabinets in hanging files in alphabetical order by name and the date. If I only have a couple of magazines of the same name, I set up a separate hanging file for them. If I have a whole year or more of a magazine, I put it in a binder on magazine plastic 3-hole holders by date and label the back of the binder with the magazine name and file it alphabetically and put it in the file cabinet.

The listing on Amazon is pictorial and descriptive, so if I am looking for an article or a particular pattern it is easy for me to find. Sometimes I sell magazines to friends, and this way they can easily find what they need. If a craft magazine has torn pages or missing pages, I include it with a sale in the envelope as a bonus. Any magazines that are not in a category I can use, I take and donate to the local library or to a medical doctor's office. I always have a "to go" grocery bag located near the door to go out with me to the car as I leave.
