One of the hardest things about naming a business today is finding a good domain name that hasn't already been taken.
I suggest when you come up with one, that if you can afford it, buy it up in at least the .com and .net versions to protect it!

Are you in the US? If so, you may want to join up with the Small Business Development Center in your town. They offer amazing resources at very low (and sometimes no cost). They can help with naming, securing permits etc.
They have offices in just about every US city, some even have more than one office.
