In a gallon jar, mix all 3 ingredients. Fill jar rest of way up with water. Use in spray container.

I am so sorry to burst bubbles, Robin, but it is not at all safe to mix these things together nor to even mix ammonia with dish soap that contains any amount of any chlorine or bleach product :-o Both combinations can create deadly fumes and, even if not immediate death, will cause lung and nerve damage over time. Basic chemicals in these compounds were used for making mustard gas in WWI. Using these mixtures is like playing Russian Roulette :-(
One part vinegar to three parts water works like a charm for cleaning glass and is safe for beings and the environment.
You can skip all that expense and trouble by using microfiber rags or sponges. They clean perfectly well with only water. It's time to get away from unnecessary chemical usage - and the cost.
And I agree with Deeli: white vinegar is a great cleaner for so many things in the home and laundry. I use it daily for dishes and laundry.
I have used the one with ammonia alcohol and dish soap for 36 years and never once had a problem, but it needs to be nonsudsing ammonia an regular dish soap. It is fantastic.
