So this is the actual Starbucks recipe for a Vanilla Bean Frappucino (no coffee): (I work at a Starbucks.)
Approx. 1 c. ice
2,3,4 pumps cream frappucino base (depending on size)
2,3,4 scoops vanilla bean powder (depending on size)
Approx. 1/4 c. whole, 2%, or non-fat milk (your choice)
Blend until smooth (by the way, 1 pump is approx. 1/2 oz.)
Top with vanilla whipped cream (Starbucks whipped cream is made with Vanilla syrup)
If you were going to make this yourself, I'd use more milk and add sweetener to taste for the base (they don't sell the base at Starbucks so you'll have to improvise).

Then use vanilla extract or if you can find vanilla bean powder at a grocery store, use that. The cream frap base is basically just dried milk and sugar that we mix with more milk and water. Good luck, hope this helps! :)

I refuse to spend outrageous dollars at a Starbucks so I don't know if what you're talking about is made ahead of time and in their freezer or if made in front of you but why don't you ask a Starbucks Barista what all of the ingredients are and, if made in front of you, then watch her/him make one and then go home and experiment ;-)

The employees most likely have to sign an employment waiver stating they will not give out the 'exact amounts' and 'tips of how to make' but they do have to tell you the ingredients ;-) I am certain Starbuck recipes are copyrighted so you most likely won't get 'exact' measurements unless you get really, really, really lucky!

Hope this helps and let us know what you find/figure out :-)

I have created my own and one can cut back calories also. Instead of regular ice, make strong coffee. I use 10 cup coffee maker. Instead of adding 10 cups I add only two cups with same amount of coffee you use for 10 cups and it takes one cup to fill ice tray and freeze. Add ice to blender: coffee, add milk/cream: I add two tbsp. Nonfat Country Cream dried milk (tastes great), flavoring (I use chocolate syrup (which comes in both sugar and non-sugar), peppermint flavoring or add up to ten pieces of peppermint candy, blend and pour into large mug.

I think I remembered everything, one can also use ice cream in place of milk. Just practice and makes super coffee drink.
