Celebrating 10 Years of Publishing!
For the past 10 years, ThriftyFun has published tips to help people save time and money. From our humble beginnings as the weekly Coupon Clipper newsletter, ThriftyFun has expanded to be a vibrant community. To help celebrate our 10 Year Anniversary we would like to publish some My Frugal Life essays about how you discovered ThriftyFun and how it has helped you live a more frugal life.
Whether you are new to frugal living or have been doing it for years, you have a story to tell that may be useful to others. Feel free to include what money saving ideas have worked for you and what has not worked.
This contest ends June 3, 2009. We will give 5 $20 prizes for the best 5 essays we receive.
If you live outside the US or Canada we cannot deliver your prize unless you have a Paypal account.
Guidelines
- All entries should be 150 words or more.
- Entries should be written in your words, not copied or plagarized.
- The less editing we have to do, the better. :-)

- How frugal and/or simple living has helped your life
We will do our best to publish all entries that we receive. You may want to work on your essay in a text editor or word processor and then paste in the form provided below. Hopefully by sharing our experiences and ideas we can help eachother live a more frugal and simple life.
Contest winners are chosen two weeks after the week the contest ends. All winners will be notified by email and your mailing address or Paypal address will be requested. All winners are also published in one of the Daily Thrifty Tip Newsletters.
