Try the Dr. Hauschka Range: For starters, check out their 'Daily Face Care Kit for Oily Skin'. I don't have the same skin type as you, but I've heard lots of good reviews about it!
I hope this works out for you! Or you could just buy their 'Clarifying Toner' - if you don't want to spend money on a whole kit - it doesn't seem to be on the site, but if you like, just search around on the net for a site that sells it - or check out E-Bay for cheaper prices! I just use plain Extra Virgin Olive Oil! I use it every night and wake up with soft, smooth, silky and literally glowing skin! It works wonderfully on my dry skin and absorbs very quickly. If you're not so crazy about the scent, you can just add a few drops of essential oils to make it smell nicer, but I'm alright with the scent. Besides, the smell does go away within a couple of minutes. It's cheap, natural and probably sitting in your kitchen cupboard right now! (You should use Extra Virgin because it's least processed, meaning all the good 'stuff' is still in it, meaning more nourishment and it'll work more effectively) ... View related article.

For hair: Before you hop into the shower (when your hair's not wet), work the olive oil thoroughly through hair, and wrap a warm towel around hair or put on a shower cap to trap in the heat. Leave on for about 15-20mins and then hop into the shower and shampoo out as normal.
For skin: Cleanse skin normally and while skin is still slightly damp, work a small amount of the oil all over face. I do this each night and I wake up with soft, smooth, silky and glowing skin!
