My goal is to live each day in a way that contributes to the good of at least one other person, animal, plant and the greater good. I bake bread from freshly ground organic grains and love to cook tasty health promoting recipes.
I also like to encourage us all to do something for someone else, without thinking about being paid for it. It is my experience giving without expectation brings the greatest rewards.
