Acapulco ChickenTry spicy seasoning on chicken breasts, green peppers and onions for a delicious main dish.

 

Carrot, Apple and Raisin SaladIn medium bowl, place apples and lemon juice; toss until evenly coated. Add carrots, sour cream, mayonnaise and raisins. Stir until well blended.

Place half of the biscuit pieces into a greased 12 cup fluted tube pan (a bundt cake pan); Drizzle with half of the butter.

 

Beef and Broccoli Stir-FryCut steak in half and then crosswise into 1/8 inch thick strips. In wok or deep-sided 12 inch skillet, heat oil over medium high heat. Add beef, gingerroot and garlic; stir-fry 2-3 minutes or until beef is browned.
