Using Borax Instead of BleachWhen washing whites, use borax rather than bleach to whiten. Bleach can cause yellowing if used a great deal and will eat holes in your clothes after a number of uses. I find borax is a better whitening agent for the fabrics I wear.
Make a List for Each StoreI use junk mail envelopes, make a list of items on the blank side and place my coupons I am going to use in that envelope. I do this for every store I intend to shop that day.
Less Expensive Way To Line DrawersI use paper towels to line my bathroom and kitchen drawers. When soiled, just toss them out and re-line again with another paper towel. They will absorb liquid in case something liquid gets spilled in the drawers.
