I love gardening, crafts and reading. I do not work due to severe fibromyalgia/cfs, back problems and depression. My little pug a poo and african grey keep me busy and entertained. I spend too much time on the computer, it's great company.

They are wonderful. I am feeding a fledgling robin right now. Found him, the nest destroyed in a storm, he was featherless and almost dead. I gave him bird handfeeding formula and now I have to go to the park to find enough worms to feed him. He flys now, I call him and he comes for a feed. Problem is, he is not afraid of people and has begged at my neighbors too. I had to tell everyone he belongs here, for now. I hope he wilds up in time for the migration. He is cute when he comes flying down from the trees to me, but I am ready to see him go and find his own food. So far he is not very good at it. My dog does that. I can't leave any throw rugs down. We paper trained her , those wee wee pads. Now she thinks anything like a pad is a wee wee pad. Other wise she is the best dog in the world. I wish I could help you, but as you see I have the same problem. ... View related article.
Also, don't use any fabric softner with towels. They don't absorb water well with the 'coating' left from the softner. I like liquid for my clothes, but I have had stains from it. I can't get that out. Any ideas for that? ... View related article.
