I don't make recipes any more that have a lot of ingredients. I was quite surprised to find a program on the Food Network called 5 Ingredient Fix. It is only on on Saturday at 9:30 am Central time. I have gone to that site and find myself spending a lot of time there.

Recently there was a post for making bread from a book called "Bread in 5 Minutes a Day". Someone wanted to know how to shape it. It was difficult to explain in words, but now the authors have a second book out called "Healthy Bread in 5 Minutes a Day".
I'm in my early 60's and smart enough to know that if I took a course at my age, it would take me longer to catch on now than when I was younger. I made up my mind to learn at my own pace. I found numerous cake decorating videos on YouTube.
I've always simply cut the stems off of artichokes and boiled them in water until tender but I came across this "how to prepare artichokes" link and it would be so much easier to eat them hot by preparing this way before cooking!
