On a trip to the Omaha Zoo, we stopped for a rest at the Aquarium Arch. Everywhere my son went, this tuna followed him.
This is a pic of my son and his daughter. My granddaughter loves anything Disney and wanted to play pretend "Lady and the Tramp" while they were eating Chinese takeout.
We were watching TV and my husband got up to go to the kitchen. I looked over at his side of the bed, and this is what I saw. I snapped a picture before the blanket went back to it's usual shape. We had a laugh over this!
My mother has Alzheimers, but she is such a good sport. My father passed away in 2008. She grieves anew for him every day, like it is the first time. But she also has such a good sense of humor.

Jack was a friend of my parents at church. He played Santa every year to the children in the church by visiting them at their home, one by one, with a candy cane and to take Christmas wish lists. He was a funny man, obviously.

My 6 year old granddaughter Jessica came down for a swim before she had to enter kindergarten. We really took advantage of the warm last days of summer for a long swim. Her feet were so shriveled I had to take a picture.
Messy Trooper After A Day At The Garden
Don't know how it happened, but after a day at the garden, this was the result. How can it be explained? Only by a long, long story.
My daughter and this little kitten were playing cat and mouse all day. My little girl could not figure out why her pants kept falling down. She would stand around swinging her arms, and the kitten would sneak up to attack her pants.
I came home from work, planning to cook dinner and bake a nice lemon blueberry cake. After I got through laughing, taking pictures, and cleaning up the mess, there was only time for a slightly late dinner!
Funny: Protecting The Oil Supply
This is a bucket of oil for a firepit and the cat just happened to be at the right place at the right time. I just heard about the oil spill that morning and it looks as if he is protecting that oil from a spill.

We were driving the loop road in the old settlement of Cades Cove in the nearby Great Smoky Mountains National Park and admiring the horses grazing there. Since we were parked near the fence, one horse thought he would check inside the van for an apple!
My son loves to help in the garden. His favorite thing to do is water the plants - and himself! I guess boys will be boys!

My mother, who has Alzheimers, has developed an addiction to McDonald's hamburgers. She seldom ate there before this disease took over. Now she wants to stop at every one we pass.
