German Shepherds and Children

I have a beautiful 4 month old German Shepherd, I also have 3 sons aged 2, 4, and 6 years. Can any one tell me how they are with young children please? Someone has said they're known for turning nasty on children. Can anyone please give me some positive feed back please?

My Dog Won't Eat
