I am looking for a cross stitch pattern for the Gamecocks from South Carolina University.
I like using sesame bagels with this flavor combination the best but plain bagels are good too. The amount of cucumber and radishes you use for this recipe will depend on how much each person likes to load their bagels ;-)

I so miss receiving thank you notes. Here are some tips to write a short thank you note for a gift, meal, or a unexpected service done:
At the first hint of queasiness or stomach pain, I take one-half dropper of Trace Minerals from BEST Process AlkaLine. I put it in a little juice or water and drink it. It is unpleasant, but not nearly as bad as vomiting.
I have my alarm clock set all the way on the other side of the room. I have to get up and turn it off. It sure does make it more difficult to hit the snooze button when you have to walk back and forth from your bed!

Comforting, easy to make and tastes great. Melts in your mouth!

I use a lint roller to clean my lampshades. The roller is also great for cleaning carpeted stairs in between regular vaccuming.
Every time I cleaned my tub, I was using a scrub brush but it was slipping out of my hand. Gripping it was a pain and getting into crevices wasn't that easy. I started to notice I had quite a few of those scrubby/loofah bath gloves.
I think something you should keep in mind is the fact that just because foods are cheap (such as prepared foods) it doesn't mean they're going to be healthy.
If you can get to a library, check out the SugarBusters! weight loss book. It helped me to better understand what we should eat and why. Oats, beans, lentils, veggies and fruit (bought on sale) can help you stay healthy and lose weight.
My Mother and I both love morning glories. I sprouted one that I cut from outside in water and then replanted it where I wanted it to grow.
