Potato-Cheese Soup

One of my favorite soups! Very hearty and good!

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups cubed potatoes
  • 4 cups water
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1 cup chopped carrots
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 4 tsp. chicken bouillon granules
  • 2 cups Velveeta cheese

Directions:

Mix all ingredients except cheese. Cover and simmer 25 minutes. Use potato masher and mash until fine. Add cheese and heat until cheese is melted.
