I was bringing the dog in from the back yard and this sunset was in front of our house. There were such gorgeous colors, I had to grab my camera.

Ready to Fly The Nest! (Dartmouth, Nova Scotia)
Baby barn swallows look to mama bird for food. The expressions on these little fellows were priceless. There are four babies, two who are very curious and two who buried their heads and hid! I feel very lucky to have discovered this.

Patio Visitor - Butterfly (Golden, Colorado)
This beautiful butterfly landed on my zinnia plant yesterday. And it stayed awhile, while I rushed to get my camera. Then it flew away. I hope it made other people as happy as it made me to see it.

Canada Day Celebration
This was taken at a friend's house. They had a Canada day party. They had about 100 flags all over. It looked good.

Three Month Old Babies
I know it is suppose to be scenery photos, but this was such a cute moment I just had to share it. My grandson Calin is on the right and his pal Maverick on the left. So precious! He is 3 months, his pal is one week behind him.

Disney Castle (Orlando, Florida)
This was the Disney castle picture I took of when I was off on my trip. It is the back of the castle, but it looked so beautiful and there were no people in the picture.

Very Tall Crape Myrtle
I am 75 and was raised in the South (Knoxville, Tennessee) and this is the tallest crape myrtle I have ever seen. It shades my living room window and my front stoop and door.

Yellow Flower (Altisima Park, Rancho Santa Margarita, CA)
While walking in Altisma Park with my husband, Brian, I kept passing pretty orange flowers. Eventually, I spotted this yellow one among the orange in one of the flower beds. I thought it was so gorgeous that I decided to snap a photo of it!

Walking in that park has now become an almost daily thing for Brian and I. It is such a peaceful and pretty place to be in the middle of this busy city in which we live :)
