Gift Certificate to Grocery

One of the best Christmas gifts we ever got was a gift certificate to a local grocery store. It was a time when things were particularly hard for us, money-wise, and considering our situation, was a very special gift.

I did this for my kids one Christmas and now that's all they want! :-) They love getting a gift card to their grocery store. I like getting the too. LOL.

My mother and father in law live out of state and are home bound. We give them Schwan's gift certificates when we can. This enables them to 'shop' for themselves and have easy to prepare food and all as a gift.
