Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 12 Tbsp. sugar
- Few grains salt
- 4 Tbsp. vanilla flavoring
- 4 1/2 cups evaporated milk
- 1 1/2 cup water
- Nutmeg
Directions
Beat eggs until light. Gradually beat in sugar. Add salt and flavoring. Dilute milk with water and add. Serve it sprinkled with ground nutmeg. This should serve 16, but beware of those people who love it and come back for seconds and thirds to catch you short. Less calories than the usual eggnog.
