Ranch Potato CrispsPreheat oven to 400 degrees F. Cut potatoes, in crinkle cut fashion, if desired, into 1/4 inch thick pieces. Place in large bowl. Add oil; mix lightly. Add dressing mix; toss to coat evenly.

Olive Garden Style Pasta with BroccoliMelt butter in a 2-qt saucepan over medium heat. Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute. Add milk and bouillon and stir vigorously with a wire whip until mixture barely comes to a boil.

Instant Cappuccino MixCombine all ingredients. Store in airtight container. To serve: Place 1 heaping Tbsp. mix in a cup or mug. Add 1 cup boiling water and stir.

Stuffed ShellsThis is just about our very favorite low calorie dish. I have modified it a bit from one I got from Healthy Choice cookbook. Mix low fat cottage cheese, no fat mozzarella, basil, garlic and optional beef.

Southwest Salsa PizzaPreheat oven to 350 degrees F. Unroll crescent dough; separate into triangles. Arrange triangles in a circle on greased 14 inch pizza pan, with points toward the center and wide ends toward the outside.
