Crockpot Pineapple BreadStir together dry ingredients. In separate bowl, mix other ingredients. Stir into dry mix. Put in coffee can and bake 2-3 hours on low in crock pot. Enjoy!

Funny CakeCombine all ingredients with 2 cups cold water in bowl, mixing well. Pour into greased and floured 9x13 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for 40-45 minutes or until cake tests done.

Grapefruit Chiffon PieCombine crumbs, butter and 1/4 cup sugar in bowl, mixing well. Press into 9 inch pie plate. Combine gelatin, 1/2 cup sugar, ginger and rind in saucepan. Beat egg yolks with grapefruit juice and stir into gelatin mixture.

Alturas CasseroleCook potatoes in 1 inch boiling, salted water in covered saucepan for 20-25 minutes or until tender but not crumbly. Drain and peel; cut into 1/8 inch slices. Arrange sole in single layer in shallow baking dish.

Italian BreadBuy French bread and cut in half lengthwise. Take olive oil and spoon all over bread. Take salt, pepper, Parmesan cheese and sprinkle over that. Bake at 350 degrees F for 10 minutes. This is so good.

Italian Vegetable SaladCombine all veggies with salt in bowl. Mix remaining ingredients in small bowl, blending well. Pour over veggies. Chill in refrigerator overnight. Drain before serving.
