Mexican ManicottiIn a bowl, combine the uncooked beef, beans, chili powder and oregano. Spoon into uncooked manicotti shells; arrange in a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.

 

Ham 'n Cheese Mashed PotatoesIn a bowl, combine the potatoes and garlic salt. Spread into a greased 1 1/2 qt. baking dish. Sprinkle with ham. Fold cheese into whipped cream; spoon over ham.

 

Berry-Mandarin Tossed SaladA interesting fruit and vegetable salad with a yummy homemade dressing for you to try.
