Ziploc to Cover Opened Cans
Use a plastic Ziploc bag and rubber band to cover cans when opened. You can reuse the Ziploc baggie by rinsing the outside and putting it back in the drawer for use.
Cleaning Between Car Seats
Clean the crumbs, dirt, and coins dropped between the two front seats of your auto by using the long brush you clean snow off of your auto with. This makes vacuuming the front of your auto much easier.
Store Food Waste in Freezer
With prices now so high, this idea is not only frugal but also helps to save our land fills and helps to organize the trash. Of course I reuse my Ziploc bags over and over after rewashing them several times.
Boot Memory Keepsake
This is something that I did nearly 10 years ago. My father passed away in 2001. After the funeral, I went to his closet and picked one of his work boots, or his "brogans" as he called them. My father was in timber all my life until retiring.
Here is a lonesome turtle on a shallow dead log; hugging to the branch as if it were his own life line.
Scenery: Azaleas (Louisville Kentucky Zoo)
The flowers there were so beautiful! They are about three weeks ahead of Ohio's flowers. These were outstanding and I had to snap the photo.
Garden: Yellow Rose
This rose plant was purchased back in 1997, and has been moved to three different locations (within Mississippi). It produces at least one bloom every year. It is my wife's favorite rose.

What Internet Home Page Do You Use?
I have used Google as my home page since it launched, but have been quite irritated with it since they came up with 'Google Instant' a few months ago. It slows my searches way, way down and also Instant does not show my MacAfee alerts of whether a link is okay, etc.
My Pet Chihuahua is Throwing Up Intermittently
My Chihuahua seems to be throwing up since last night. Not a lot, but twice, and after this he starts to pant and then it seems to go away. Then he seems fine, but it comes and goes. What can this be? I don't have any funds to take him to the vet.

Festive Sweet Potatoes
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Combine sweet potatoes, milk, egg substitute, brown sugar, margarine, spices, and vanilla in bowl; mix well. Spoon into greased 2 quart casserole.
Absolutely Never Fail Easy Banana Bread
Mix all together, adding banana, melted butter and pecans last. Put in loaf pan and bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour.
Vodka Cream Pasta
This is a quick, tasty, and fancy looking dinner that is fairly inexpensive to make. I find that if I spend a little more money and cook nice meals like this regularly, we don't want to go out to eat, saving money in the long run.
I like the taste of this so much with the dill, and it always rises so nice. You can make this the usual way or using a bread maker, which is what I do. I put the bread maker on the "dough" cycle and when that is done, take it out and shape it anyway I want to.
Lemon Jello Fruit Salad
I don't know why they call Jello and fruit a salad. This is one of my favorites, though. I would call it a dessert, it is so good.
Wilted Garlic Spinach with Almonds and Feta
This is a quick and tasty dish for two.
Cream Cheese Cookies
Quick, delicious cake-like cookies. Makes around 6 dozen.
Keeping Cooked Cauliflower White
Lemon juice or vinegar in water where cauliflower is cooked makes it keep its white color.
