Moroccan Chicken Tagine
This is a hearty and healthy Moroccan stew that's easy to make. It's packed full of veggies and protein, and can be served on a bed of couscous or mopped up with pieces of bread. This tagine uses preserved lemons to create its one-of-a-kind complex flavour. I've attached my recipe for the lemons below.
Roasted Brussels Sprouts
I love to make roasted brussels sprouts, it is very versatile, pairs well with a lot of dishes. Not to mention super easy!
The ingredients in this pie are typical pantry staples, with the exception of the pie crust. The pie is unique, delicious and always a favorite at potluck dinners.
