I have found many ways of saving money, while still having a lovely garden to provide fresh food and flowers. I have found that plant sales at churches and garden clubs can be a good source for perennials.

My Frugal Life: Disguising Generic ItemsMy husband insists on buying name brand foods, etc. He thinks the generic brand of food is "nasty tasting". I can agree with him on a few items (very few), but I am a penny-pincher!

My Frugal Life: Carl the CadillacI work just a block away from home. I had been walking to work, but pulled my Achilles Tendon and had to start driving to work.
