Scrambled Eggs are Watery?
I put a tablespoon of cornflour in my scrambled eggs and they are not watery.
Substituting Splenda or Ideal Sweetener for Confectioners Sugar?
I have made cakes for diabetics with splenda substituted cup for cup with sugar. E.g. If recipe calls for 1 cup sugar I use 1 cup splenda. Makes lovely cakes.
