Remove Printed Labels from CDs?
I use skin so soft to remove labels from jars and such so would think it would work on CDs as well.

I think I would get my length twice and make sure the fabric would be half the width needed or could be seamed together to make it wide enough then just sew the side seams and make a nice band for the cassing. At this point just measure sizing for arm hole...
