Identifying a Rushton
Yes, but that's not a Rushton and the thing is that with the particular mold of the face of the one in my pic is always paired with rubber hands, ears, and feet when it's an actual Rushton. I'm in the line of thinking the face was reused.

I'm in agreement in it not being original Atleast in body. I think this was an interesting old sewing project at one point. It's definitely decades old but it's not the original design or anything. I don't know why I felt I had seen it before but I may be misremembering...

Thank you for going through all that effort to research and such. It's very kind. I think that this doll is a result of the face being reused in someone's home for a handmade doll. Even the paint seems hand done. Because it's from the same mold as the Chico...
