Neighbor's Dogs Digging Under Fence and Getting Into My Yard?
It is there dogs and their fence. There is no reason to make my property look horrible to keep their dogs on their property. Buy putting stuff on my side of the fence would make an eyesore to my property. Its their responsibility. Right?
